We are an organization dedicated to growing the sport of lacrosse for our youth of the greater Annandale area. We participate in the Northern Virginia Youth Lacrosse League (NVYLL) in the girls and boys divisions in the spring league.
AYL serves boys and girls in elementary and middle school who reside in Fairfax County and represent the Annandale, Falls Church, Lake Braddock, Stuart and WT Woodson High School pyramids. This is determined by the players residence regardless of the actual school they attend.
Annandale Youth Lacrosse will be hosting Boys Fall Clinics for all age groups on Saturday mornings at Belvedere ES. This is a nice way to experience Lacrosse or keep a stick in your child’s hand.
During the clinics, Players will be broken up into groups based on their skills level to accommodate first-time through experienced players. Beginning players will learn the basics of cradling, stick control, passing and catching. Experienced players (2+ seasons) will focus on advanced stick work drills, dodging, fast breaks, clears and much more.
The clinics will be led each week by one of our aligned high school programs (Woodson, Justice, Annandale, Lake Braddock, Falls Church) along with some of our AYL coaches.
The clinics will run on Saturday mornings starting October 13th thru November 10th at the times listed here:
Dates and Times:
Saturday, October 13 - 11:15am-12:45pm
Saturday, October 20 - 11:15am-12:45pm
Saturday, October 27 - 9:15am-10:45am
Saturday, November 3 - 9:15am-10:45am
Saturday, November 10 - 9:15am-10:45am
Location: Belvedere Elementary School, 6540 Columbia Pike, Falls Church, VA.
Registration Fee: $75 for 5 Sessions.
Discount for multiple player families.
We know many AYL athletes also participate in fall sports so we attempted to keep our fees as low as possible, understanding that many will not be able to attend every session. Come to as many or as few as you like.
Or click on the registration button on the left side of this page.
We will have some loaner equipment there to use if you do not have equipment. The boys will need to have a stick and mouthpiece. If you are in need of loaner equipment, please contact
to make a reservation and the appropriate amount is on hand.
All questions regarding the clinic should be sent to Chris Laughlin at
